The issue below has not been fixed!! I can't mute callers, so it makes the app useless. I need to switch screens because I'm reading content from another site during my call. If I dial in directly from my phone it works flawlessly, but if I use the app, it randomly changes from good to poor quality. Also, I run into trouble sometimes when I attempt to switch from speakerphone to the headset.
